For some it will be easier than for others. This Judgment is a cleansing process, so to speak. Notice the word “terror” in the first quotation and “suffer” in the second. If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved yet so as by fire.“ If any man’s work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. Paul explains it more in 1 Corinthians 3:11-15 Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men but we are made manifest unto God and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.” “For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. Here’s what Paul says about it in 2 Corinthians 5:10-11 But, any work that comes up bad is fully consumed, like wood, hay and stubble. In this judgment, a Christians WORKS (not their Sins) are judged by fire, before God, both good and bad, and any work that comes up good, will produce a reward. It is named specifically in Romans 14:10, and 2 Corinthians 5:10, though the judgment itself is mentioned in other verses and books. This Judgment is called, in the bible, the Judgment Seat of Christ (Not to be confused with the Great White Throne of Judgment). And, whilst their salvation is not at risk, there will be suffering for many Christians at this judgement. Many saved Christians today are all too happy with “Just being saved.” They don’t know that Heaven isn’t just some joyride.
